General Sales Terms & Conditions

All prices are quoted in Euros VAT less and are subject to change according to legal developments and changes in the market.

Duty free deliveries

Vessels (regardless of flag) are eligible for tax free deliveries when under a cruising charter according to BOD n° 6603 of 24 th of June 2004 DA No. 04-048 and are entitled to an allocation of stores for participating passengers and crew. Deliveries are to be made no earlier than 48 hours before the departure of the Vessel under charter.Mandatory Documents required:

  • Commercial yacht registration papers
  • Charter contract
  • Crew list

Tax free deliveries are made during customs office hours: weekdays from 8:30 am to 12 pm, and 2 pm to 5 pm (after hours and weekend deliveries may be requested in advance with a supplementary charge according to the port of delivery). Duty free stores must be consumed by passengers and crew during the charter period. Provisions cannot be taken off board until duties and taxes are paid. Duty free delivery slips must be stamped by the Vessels official stamp. Static charters (dock or harbor) are submitted to taxes and duties and must be paid.

Duty paid deliveries

Duty paid deliveries are made free of charge for the regions of the Alpes Maritimes (including Monaco), the Var and Bouches du Rhône during opening hours from Monday to Saturday.

Delivery Fees

After business hours : evenings, Saturday afternoons, Sundays and bank holiday are delivered with a supplementary charge and on request.

Worldwide delivery charges

Please make an enquiry as the price may differ according to the required order and distance.

Administration charges

  • Duty free invoice : Free
  • Duty Paid invoice : Free
  • Outside French territory (export document T1) : 150€
  • Duty Free Invoices up to 1000€ : 141€

Ownership of merchandise

We keep the rights of property on all merchandise until goods are fully paid (French law n° 80.335 dated 12/04/1980)

Payment

Payment is due at the reception of the merchandise according to French law (n° 92-1442 dated 31/12/1992). All late payments will be subject to a penalty of three times the legal rate interest according to French commercial regulation article L441-6

How to pay

We accept payment by cash, credit card (please note that American Express cards have a 2.75% surcharge) by check and bank transfer. All cash payments are issued with a receipt.

Returns

Returns are not accepted.

Arbitration

In case of dispute the Commercial Court of Cannes will be used for arbitration.
